  • Pre and Post Tenant Move-out inspections

Association Knowledge
  • Familiar with each association’s covenants, bylaws, rules and regulations.
  • Maintain violations and collections to where they are current.
  • Communication and Follow through
  • Prepare Board meeting packets and distribute in a timely manner following Board direction.
  • Track projects assigned to Benchmark by Association to assure timely and thorough completion.
  • Know appropriate vendor to call to correct physical faults.
